WHAT? Architecture, myths and stories, overgrown with olive groves, lush greenery and breathtaking beauty, historic monuments, stunning natural landscape, crystal clear seas, and its excellent weather all year round to put a powerful spell on us. All of this provides us the perfect setting for a Trail Run Adventure. Starting the week off with an exciting tour around Athens, through all the nooks and crannies of the ancient streets and monuments, before heading off to the coast to explore some of the highest mountains, the deepest canyons and the steepest cliffs over the clearest of waters. Recover well with incredible mediterranean cuisine, and relax with the flavour of local wines. Running, climbing, sailing, diving, olive/wine tasting tours and Yoga with Anna. 

WHO? This adventure is for everyone. Greece is full of adventures for us all. Some trails are extremely technical, some are smooth and flowy so we can make an adventure to fit everyone on the trip. This is an opportunity to run, climb, explore, swim, eat and drink and stretch out and relax together with Anna Frost, Braz and local Greek runners on their island, mountains and trails. 

HOW MUCH? 

  • US$TBC

  • US$ 1000 deposit to reserve spot. Deposit is non-refundable unless trip is cancelled. Deposit can be transferred to another trip.

  • Remaining balances are due August 1st 2019. If you sign up after that date, total balance will be due.

  • 100% refund if trip is cancelled.

Does not include:

  • Flights

  • Personal travel and medical Insurance. We recommend: Global Rescue

  • Alcohol and other drinks

  • Additional snack foods, race food (gels, bars, electrolytes etc)

  • Personal spending - souvenirs etc.

Includes:

  • Airport transfers and all transportation while in Greece

  • Accommodation (based on twin/double shared rooms. If you want a single room add $500 for the week)

  • Breakfast buffet, packed lunch and dinner at the delicious hotel restaurant. All dietary requirements can be met

  • Equipment for all adventures

  • Local guides (no tips required as we have paid them well already!)

  • Photographer

  • Daily yoga/core strength/stretch classes with local instructors

DAY 1: SUNDAY 13TH:

  • Arrival to Athens

  • Shuttle to hotel

  • Hotel

  • Dinner

DAY 2: MONDAY 14TH:

  • Breakfast (at hotel)

  • Tourist run around Athens and visit Acropolis museum

  • Lunch (at restaurant in Athens)

  • Drive to Coast (about 3.30hrs)

  • Hotel

  • Dinner (at hotel)

DAY 3: TUESDAY 15TH:

  • Breakfast (at hotel)

  • Run – Canyon Viros (about 2hrs)

  • Lunch (at hotel)

  • Visit Cave Diros and Limeni (about 5hrs)

  • Dinner (at hotel)

DAY 4: WEDNESDAY 16TH:

  • Breakfast (at hotel)

  • Run – Summit 2407m Altitude (about 7hrs)

  • Lunch (to go on the run)

  • Yoga with Anna

  • Dinner (at hotel)

DAY 5: THURSDAY 17TH:

  • Breakfast (at hotel)

  • Climbing (about 3hrs)

  • Lunch (at hotel)

  • Run Saidona (about 2hrs)

  • Olive Oil tour (about 2hrs)

  • Yoga with Anna

  • Dinner (at hotel)

DAY 6: FRIDAY 18TH:

  • Breakfast (at hotel)

  • Ridomo Cannyoning 5.00 hrs.

  • Lunch (at hotel)

  • Boat tour with Snorkeling/Swimming and Diving (about 5hrs)

  • Dinner (at hotel)

DAY 7: SATURDAY 19TH:

  • Yoga with Anna

  • Breakfast (at hotel)

  • Run

  • Lunch (at hotel)

  • Departure to Athens

  • Hotel

  • Dinner

DAY 8-13: SUNDAY 20TH - 25TH:

  • Take a private catamaran from island to island, with drop off points to run, snorkel and explore more.

DAY 14: SATURDAY 26TH:

  • Breakfast

  • Transfer to Athens Airport

  • Departures
