Your coach: Anna Frost

Trail Run Adventures coaching is led by Anna Frost, a professional trail and ultra runner with over 20 years of international racing experience. Anna has competed across every terrain and distance, from vertical kilometers to 100-mile mountain races, and has coached runners of all abilities through the same journey she loves: finding your edge, loving the process, and arriving at the start line ready.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Otago University, covering coaching, biomechanics, sports psychology, and nutrition. She brings that science together with real-world experience and a genuine belief that great training should feel as rewarding as race day itself.
